What format are the designs in?
All Candy Wrapper and Scrapbook Designs designs are in Jpg format EXCEPT in the SETS. The SETS contain the PNG transparant graphics.
Do you add designs on a regular basis?
Yes. I will add new items on a regular basis. I won't promise a certain amount. Sometimes it's a little, sometimes a LOT. It depends on my creative moods! :)
Can I submit designs to sell?
Right now the only designs that we sell are the ones taken by Candy Wrapper and Scrapbook Designs and it's partners. In the future we will have an area for other designers to sell their work.
Do you offer refunds?
No. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of designs and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Candy Wrapper and Scrapbook Designs designs that I download?
Yes. While Candy Wrapper and Scrapbook Designs offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our designs and graphics.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any designs and graphics on our site at no extra charge. (does NOT include our website graphics such as my headers, etc.)
Is account sharing allowed?
Absolutely NOT. Sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos Candy Wrapper and Scrapbook Designs using your details, send a support request.
